flex irl stats

I will use any unit of measure other then the metric system.
 
some data from me, from week 3 this year up to this point:
male, 31 years old, south korean
154 cm, 78kg, 112 cm waistline starting point
no gym experience
started eating loats of protein
now: 67.8kgs(roughly thereabout), 100cm waistline
doubled my efforts at the gym but more than at leg press.
all my current exercises im doing (with good form, and my results)
bicep curls: 4kgs up to 9kgs, closing in on 10 kgs (going to start with the barbell empty next time) from week 5 to week 10/11)
bench press with weights 4 kg > 30 kg (now with 5kg weights on each side + barbell)
Lat raises 4 kg > 6-8 kg
Pullovers 6 kg > 12-15 kg (started week 8, jumped up bc i was kind of testing my waters at 6kg)
Calf Raises > 4kg > 7kg (started week 8)
arm curls: 4kgs > 7 kgs (started week 8) (both up and down)
rows: 4kgs up to 8kgs with no machine, 20kgs with machine row
goblet squats: from about 6kgs here up to now doing it with one 18kg weight
leg press: started at 50kg now at 110 kgs

if I can do it, so can you. no fucking excuse, start lifting and eating right.
