only two of the eggs out of the 9 i had put in ended up being duds when i candled them. the other 4 eggs are pipped n one is starting to zipper

every time a baby chick hatches n their belly is all pooched from leftover egg yolk n their spine is all curved from being in an egg n they still have the egg-hatching "tooth" on the end of their beak i am reminded of the skeksis chamberlain from the dark crystal

cleo is broody again. i gave her 3 eggs, n i love her... but as you can see by her glare, it's unrequited n she hates me
