Nothing But Statistics

>flyover states where no one wants to live and/or their seasons are torturous to live through = low house prices
>states where everyone wants to live and/or has beautiful weather = high house prices

oh no how could this be
No, I don't think that's correct. I assume you're associating warm weather with beautiful weather. But there are several states that have high median housing prices and they don't generally have great warm weather for much of the year.

this chart is outdated and doesn't cover all possible reserves
and don't even bother with a chart of lithium reserves, it's almost as common as salt but greedy mining companies usually don't wanna be bothered with low-concentration sources like brines

this chart from '2024' is apparently already outdated

"KNOWN" by who?

Try talking about rare earth resources. Dare ya.
In recent years, China has begun importing more heavy rare earths from Myanmar, for which the US Geological Survey does not have rare earths reserves data.

Bingo. There are too many unknowns to be able to publish a reliable list of rare earth reserves. Any attempt to do so should be labeled as a guess.
