Quality shoop can mean one of a plethora of things. That is why it works so well. Because it is so nebulous.
It could actually mean its intended function. There was a pictured that was shooped. It can mean that I think that the person is the kind of person that is pointing a finger when they have the rest of the fingers pointing at themselves. It could mean that you made me chuckle a little bit, but I still think what you said was kinda dumb. There are about 5 or 6 other similar definitions. When I say it, it almost always has a negative connotation. When I rate it, there is a 60/40 percent chance that I'm actually giving you a good rating.
