Apparently we would come up in conversation almost a decade later, like their very own SCP story.

At the swanky places we frequented they'd come fucking running with the *nice* ashtrays and multiple lighters as soon as we took cig packs out of our pockets.
We tipped very well as we could not be bothered to carry around all the zloty coins, zlobniks/kopeks or whatever your sub-currency is called. Usually something like 60-100 zloty in coinage per visit, which wasn't a sum to sneeze at in the mid noughties.
