I hate rich people because I'm poor.
Aren't you a little old to be throwing temper tantrums?
This isn't entirely the pandemic's fault and every other country in the world had been giving stimulus out but uniquely we dropped the Corporate Tax rate under Trump to 21% which is incredibly the biggest source of inflation that you keep ignoring in our discussion and I can't tell if you're doing it to troll or legitimately get some kind of Fox News implanted Pavlovian shock device from beginning to address it. Think, people who make over 38,000 annually are taxed more then corporations after this policy and in addition top earners making over half a million anually pay effectively 3% less from 39.6 to 37%.

has nothing to do with housing codes, taxes and permits. Literally nothing. Trump's tax cuts did not affect my real estate taxes. The federal gov does not tax in that manner, state, city and local does. The higher your house value, the higher the tax assessment, the higher taxes you pay. So naturally the state, county, city and township want to jack that number up as much as possible. The easiest way to start the ball rolling is to force the market higher with taxes. Do you know why your rent goes up every year? It's because the building you live in gets re-tax assessed. Those increases are passed on to you. The mortgage/loan doesn't change the tax rate/insurance does. The higher the tax rate/value the more you have to pay in insurance. Dude. Comeon now. Put on your sheckle - spectacles.
Reducing annual GDP by Trillions is worse then spending roughly less for a one time annual expense in coverage for Americans not receiving income through Stimulus because tens of millions of service workers losing their jobs because no one is going out to eat or to big public entertainment places for a year.
They still had unemployment. Dude Da Gubbermint paid extra ONTOP of unemployment. Stimulus was on top of that. AND there are rent deferments, and mortgage deferments. All this is coming to an end after a year. (one question, what did they spend their money on?) Much of the country has been on a 14 month vacation do you think they are going back to work for 15/20/30? an hour? Why? We had a year of Yang's "freedom dividend."

Ill put it in a more relatable way for you. lets say you have a Country Club using its own currency of fapable Golden Girls DVD cases.
If you're jerking it to worn out leather then more power to ya.
If you reduce Country Club dues then you have less money to pay the towel boy to put sunscreen on your deep wrinkled crevices. So when they have to close the country club down because you had another accident in the pool area again causing a close down for a few weeks, the company isn't hurt by short term pay for employees not on the biohazard Tim anal fecal seminal leak clean up crew as much as the lost money from the aggregate net income loss of membership fee reductions.
No.
1. Fees are paid yearly like taxes. Oh you wouldn't know that, we tend to keep them Jews out of our Country clubs. (actually in my city most of the country clubs are nearly all jewish. )
2. The employees are NOT laid off due to a two week shut down, You would need them to correct the situation. Or you set them up with temporary unemployment, you can do that.
3. I have a towel girl apply my sunscreen. They always end up bursting into tears and joining a nunnery. Dunno. Must feel the need to serve God I suppose.
Suddenly the Golden Girl DVD cases used as currency become worthless because the business can no longer provide Tim crevice massage services and lose all members but Tim.
So that means I have the place to myself. I call that the biggest Chad win evah.
