I remember the drama-queens going on about government overreach when New York had that restriction on the maximum allowable sales size for soda cups.

i would bet you could go to any US McD/BK/etc and ask for a "and a diet coke" story. im sure they all have at least one.
one i remember was at a BK where a super fatty ordered several whoppers, several chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries and a diet coke because she "was trying to watch her calories".
