It was a Copyright and Defamation request for the Gif, Pictures, and screencaps.
I decided to leave that on (the rapist GIF) since it is clearly not him. I also decided to keep the text. But the nude pictures, although they are public, are his.
I thought I was clear on these types of requests. And especially since the last lawsuits.
Yes they were thrown out but on technicalities (statute of limitations).
I don't want to censor anyone, but if someone requests that a picture, which they own the copyright too be taken down, it will be. Because I am not getting fucking sued for a fucking picture that is already on ED.
And I understand that the likelyhood, of this particular person suing me from Budapest is as likely as me winning the lottery, I will not make exceptions. If someone that actually had the resources to sue were to come later on, they could use selective enforcement against us.
