Fluorescents always annoy me by taking a minute to reach peak brightness.
Well depends on the ballast. Most current ballasts sacrifice the lamp just so you can get max brightness when you flip the switch.
Underengineered chink LED bulbs and armatures piss me off by emitting all sorts of radio noise due to lacking compliance testing.
Chink cheapo LEDs are garbage to begin with.
Similar to CFLs made during the Obama-era "Energy efficiency push." Those CFLs literally dumped way more RF than any LED today. Both back into the line and the air.
However, Obama-era CFLs all used basically the same electronics so that was easy to filter. (The power factor is another story)
LEDs are whatever the chink pulled out their ass that saves a few more cents per bulb. So one bulb from the series can be different from one a year ago.
