If the Iranians back off right now, highly unlikely, it might be within the original window of the plan, I suspect somewhere around September, again. For maximum lulz I suspect it will be on or around Oct 7. Most Americans won't care about Oct 7, to most 9/11 is just another day so they won't be watching for it. It would be a surprise.

I see this as more as an MIC opportunity to refit and redeploy mothballed ships and or increase the Naval shipbuilding budget.
It wouldn't surprise me if they soon started suggesting recommissioning the Iowa class Battleships again, because that always gives the boomers a boner. The media stories will highlight crying boomers and interviewing boomers who's fathers served on these ships and they'll all jizz their pants while saying their daddies would be proud of the ship they served on "coming back to life, but the ships were never really dead."
