The only thing worse than that in my life was the one time I had to use a shop vac to vacuum out the wretched contents of the grease trap at the pizzeria that I managed. And I had to do that one a few times.

Aerosolized putrid grease put into the air by the shop vac. Vomit inducing levels of stink. Very not up to health code standards I would add. Eventually I made the owner call out a professional company to actually do it. Yeah, picking up the full shop vac and depositing its contents into the dumpster was probably not the correct move either.

Lessons learned from a lifetime of being "tempered in raw shit".

Speaking of "shitty asses", the weight I've been losing has unfortunately not come from my gut much as of yet. I've had to retighten my sweatpants and shorts several times during this process because my ass has almost literally been falling off of me. Also lost some fat from my breasts as well and I'm now a proper A cup.

Thankfully, I've learned the super simple square knot which makes undoing and tightening much simpler.
