For protein, I’ll have a small glass of kefir or a piece of cheese or a few peanuts in the shell.

For carbs, I love garlic naan bread with a bit of butter.

For something sweet, I like fruit such as pears, apples, navel oranges, clementines, strawberries, and blueberries. I also enjoy dried fruit like dates, figs, and strips of green mango that have a little bit of sugar.
