Potato n cauliflower n cheese soup
Cook half an onion in 1 tblspoon butter, throw some garlic cloves in n then 5 cups milk, one pound potat n one pound cauliflower with a teaspoon of salt n some ground red pepper

bring to a boil then reduce heat to low for 15 mins
Blend it all
put back on stove to heat up some cheese in it

the recipe calls for bleu cheese or whatever n i use colby jack cuz i like colby jack
i don't care if gruyere is handcrafted lovingly from your own breastmilk i fucking love colby jack
