Made pumpkin soup
Threw onion, huge can of pumpkin puree, veg broth, turmeric, salt, garlic, ginger n some maple syrup in the slow cooker
The recipe called for brown sugar but i looked around n realized i had none so i used the maple syrup instead
After cooking, ladle'ed it into the blender
Added some heavy whipping cream n pumpkin spice on top
This would probably go nice in a bread bowl tbh

doing the cookies tommorow. my bf insisted i whip up brownies because he smelled the cookies baking and wanted something tonight. they werent supposed to break apart lol but i made do
I've still been going soup crazy i finished the last of my pumpkin i think ima make some clam chowder tonight or tomorrow right after work
Between the two of us we could start a restaurant i'll handle the soup you can get the deserts

Have you thought of SBL? They are enthusiastic about female business owners.
you could start small with a food truck, since you work during the week you would have to set up shop near weekend venues like a zoo or during an outdoor concert. Don't know how local those two would be for you. or you could take the plunge and jump in with both feet with the food truck.
Calculate sales, and be reasonable. Don't set a goal of something like 100 sandwiches, that's unlikely. (that's 10 an hour for ten hours. Can you make a sandwich in 6 minutes? Drinks and brownies and cookies will be your biggest sellers.
compensate for food costs, fuel and licenses and permits
Set a profit margin of 30%. Then make sure to deduct some of your living space as your office, you can take that value/worth off your taxes.
If you have real questions, let me know I'll tell you all I know and what you can do. Albeit tax laws may have changed but I don't think too much. And there's ways that you can report income and have it reduced to itemization.

kinda prefer this recipe over the last one i posted in here. this one uses celery instead of leek (prefer leek), but this one is a thicker n richer chowder (mix of heavy whipping cream n flour instead of whole milk)
