Turn the system off. Un plug wait for about 30 secs. check the seating of all the cards and memory. by remove and reinstall.

Well that's pretty plausible considering it's off-brand
Check the connections because your problems stem from when you call the HD. It may be a bad PS but even off brands are pretty good now days. The real diff between good ones and 2nds is the efficiency.

Never change more than one component at a time when troubleshooting


Also i could have solved this a lot faster for you if you didn't go straight to deciding it was a faulty board despite clearly having no idea what youre doing

I had to get the new PSU cuz the old one couldn't handle the 2060
 
my computer is (mostly) working and i want to kill myself
