If you believe in transgenderism to be so absolute, then why not other "trans" states? Like:
Trans-ageism. Why can't someone identify as a 40 year old when they are 90. There are real life consequences in doing so like qualifying for a loan.
Trans-speciesism. What happens if someone identifies as something other than human. Technically laws apply only to humans. If someone identified as an alien and they saw it fit to kill all trannies could we then hold them accountable for the murders?
Trans-careerism. Why wouldn't someone identify with what they do for a living. People do. Are we to accept someone who thinks they are a heart surgeon and allow him or her to operate?

But a guy who lops his worthless cock off, pops hormone pills, and gets breast implants is suddenly and magically transformed into a woman? That's vulgar and insulting. 4. If gender dysphoria is "cured" by sexual reassignment then why do nearly the same percentage of trannies kill themselves AFTER they get the surgery? About 40% of trannies kill themselves BEFORE any sort of medical treatment, and about 40% kill themselves AFTER they complete their abominable transformation. Which if you figure it out mathematically, well over 60% kill themselves. But according to the APA, they are not mentally ill.

Honestly I’d say it was the part when everything became a fluid social construct.
Before that, we had tomboys and tomgirls. I’d agree we need to start saying that it’s okay for feminine guys and masculine girls, but there also needs to be a talk as to what transgenderism actually fucking is because the rules seem to keep changing at the convenience of “trans rights.”
One minute it’s not related to your sex, then it is, then it isn’t, then sex isn’t real. Now “transphobic to not date them” isn’t fully there but it’s popped up in some circles. The goalpost is officially moving to this area where gender has replaced biological sex in terms of sexuality. The worst part is no one is allowed to question it at this point.

Homosexuality is no longer considered a mental illness for a simple reason, one you would know if you took five minutes to do some reaserch.

A mental illness is a psychological condition that
a) Causes distress in those afflicted
b) Hinders ones ability to function in society

As far as I know, the cause for homosexuality is unknown, so we can't call it a psychological condition
Homosexuals orientation does not cause them distress. Stigma might however.
Homosexuals are perfectly capable of funcitoning within society
