Being a slightly more mature individual than I was five years ago, I wonder why I ever found cartoon slop like TTG entertaining.

I liked Gumball on the other hand. I hold that show in a much higher regard.
I liked ttg and gumball alot when i was younger

Gumball really was different compared to every other cartoon, a unique concept with 3D and 2D characters coming together, it never relied on toilet humor. I also liked how they made the only autistic character a genuinely st8-9d chin-creature instead of being a little shy catboy or a hyper intelligent frickwit like modern cartoons do these days, for example, The Owl House and those web shows for 14-year-olds.

i'd rather have more venture brothers
I've seen very little of venture brothers and I only know of the show because of my sister
I remember it being very strange, at least with some of the characters and places
I haven't seen the show at all in the past 5 years but I'll give it a watch here soon

Oh dude, I remember going on the Cartoon Network websites... dear christ thats a blast from the past

I remember going on the UK version of Cartoon Network's website and playing all of the flash games (which almost all of them have been perserved on BlueMaxima's Flashpoint) and watching all the video clips, be at school, be at home, you name it, I also remember going on the Polish version of the site as well as the Indian version, I think I visited the indian version to play that Oggy and the Cockroaches flash game where its like you control Oggy on his day to day life, kinda like Tamagotchi but with a cat and lots to do, but dude, CN was one of my flash game staples of my childhood, along with Nickelodeon, CBBC, Cbeebies, etc.
I go on Flashpoint from time to time just revisit this era of childhood, WAY before Adobe pulled the plug, man... those were the days...

now the UK and Polish versions of Cartoon Network's website now simply lead to a "403 Forbidden" error, which kinda sucks, but hey, at least the games are archived

plus the Boomerang site, since Boomerang was also owned by Turner Broadcasting, man, I have memories of that site too

I used to legit just go through all the channels on my TV guide and one by one look on their websites to see what games they'd have to play or cool things to do. Indeed those were the days.

Before, cartoons were for normal kids, now they're for 14 year old "kawaii scenecore" types who shouldnt be watching little kid shows. Sexuality is not something that should be talked about amongst children.
If I raise my own children I'm blocking youtube until 11, maybe 12, and only letting them watch shows that aren't LGBTQIA2PABCDEFGWTFBBQ slop. (See: Classic Saturday morning cartoons that have more entertainment value than whatever slop Di$ney spits out to keep their shareholders happy.)

I was expecting to see an earthquake halfway through a news report but instead it was just a video entirely in Japanese posted on an English-language website.
Well its a video on the report, it was a news report and there were emergency alerts on the earthquake.
