Ok, I'm going to attempt to describe vividly one of the "scenes" that I have seen multiple times during meditation.
I have a video as a visual aid and my chicken scratch paint screenshots overlayed to give a description of what is happening.
The video is pretty much similar to the motion that I experience. The overlay is the actual image that I am seeing.
I call it the cavern and the amorphous block.
When I arrive in this place, the block is always on the left and the cavern is this turquoise color.
At 2 seconds into the video, the next overlay describes how the amorphous block begins to move in space to take up more space in the cavern.
At 4 seconds into the video, the next overlay describes the relative pattern that is on the background "wall" of the cavern. It kind of looks like an aqua marine subway tile pattern or something like that.
The last overlay attempts to describe how all of a sudden this space gets much much larger as if the cavern is now opening up in the 3rd dimension.
Around this time, the sequence ends and I get to another one of these meditative creations.
These are almost like watching a movie to me. I've been able to watch things happen for at least 5 minutes before. If I were to guess, this pattern takes about 15 to 30 seconds to complete.
And this is far from the only kind of thing I've seen so far. There are warm colors, cool colors, stop motion picture-ish looking things, traveling through space kind of things. All sort of things I'm discovering.
The meditative process can only help whatever underlying condition of stress and anxiety that I have. So, I'm hoping to continue this journey.
