Well yes, in that sense you are correct. That mods are useless and they are more of a vanity perk.
But I do not think 5 mods and 2 admins is a bad setup we got, regardless if they just lay around and jackoff.
No one yet. We just put that up and it is blank. I'm waiting to get some backups. Either from Ubs or Zaiger once "he gets his laptop back". Not holding my breath.
I think the last mod policy was having someone active online all the time so the place doesn't get surprise flooded by spam bot accounts.

I have ran Xenforo boards before, and have gotten nasty spam bots and sql injections.
Looking at the wiki now is so depressing, it seems that almost every article is missing 80% of its images. Browsing ED through the wayback machine is actually a better experience because at least the thumbnails still exist there.
Yeah, most of us on the forums did shit on the wiki and couldn't care less.
I would not care for the wiki either, however I understand that it is a big attraction for other users. And thus a big priority.

I think he's setting up a lawsuit.
If there are two companies with similar names in the same type of business/service and one has legal ownership the legal ownership can sue for damages. Our traffic becomes his traffic and any revenue becomes his. Even if you registered the name their would be a confusion since the services would be so similar. For example, I can't start a car company with the name of Chevy, obvious brand confusion. However, one could set up a hotel chain named Chevrolet. (But why tie your company to a GM product.)
I would suggest that it's time to change the name. Which you already have. Mailhub. Users can call the place EDF but the splash page and any EDF type banners or logos will have to be wiped or pulled.

As much as it pains me, ChadED/F may be killed by VirginEDF if this goes to court. We may get away with this situation now, being as the site is officially, "mailhub." But if the plan is to move to a private server, then some serious consideration to a name/brand change must take place.
