He's not a mod, never has been. He's listed as "staff" because of the reddit page. But that is just a banner.

There's no need for that. You know as well as I that not all of them were ignored. And the fact is, doing that lead to legal action.

I remember reading that several articles were in fact taken down and that Zaiger "forgot" to deal with the one that lead to the lawsuit.

I haven't seen them, and I have no desire too. Edit: not sure if they are the same convos that were posted earlier in this thread.

But conversations are not covered. I actually left the convos in this thread up, and told them I wasn't going to delete them.

Really this argument is stupid. Especially since ED has been sued for the same exact non-response before.

And I specifically said, we will follow US law when applicable.

And yet, you are posting. I admit I acted to rashly and was wrong. So I decided to keep this unlocked.

It's a small bump. I got put in check, and fixed it.

We do have an agreement not to harass the other site, so mind that if you will.
