What did you do to get in trouble

I had access to this computer system to log maintenance, we call it CAMS. Well it also had man numbers (SSN's).

I knew this scumbag who stole $800+ dollars from another military member living in the barracks and got away with it.

So I redirected his pay ($755) to Siberia. I got caught because I fucking told everybody. We all had a big laugh.

Well two fuckers got in trouble for drugs....so they thought they could cut a deal....

Fucked up part? Guy admitted he stole money first, they gave him immunity to go after me even though what he did was worse.

Did those complaints do anything to the guards or just piss them off even further?

So they have a strict no retaliation policy.

But the Guards would say "I love responding to your complaints". One time this slow motherfucker called me in and started talking shit "you don't tell them we give you guys a movie night (one movie on a 22-inch CRT screen, no seats)" The Staff Sgt. that was with him ordered him to stop questioning me.

They would do fuck-up shit. We had work release jobs around base. Those could be fun or really shitty, literally because some guys had to clean septic tanks.

I had the best job there, CAMP. So me and two guys that I would pick would go with this ex-marine. The only reason I got it is because the guards thought the marine would fuck with me because he was an ex-marine guard. As it turns out, he was Mexican. Took me out to eat off-base, pick up canoes in the middle of Texas, etc.

The best thing i did for the rest of the guys, I convinced the guards to "punish us" by making all 22 guys go to CAMP in the middle of Texas.

The guards actually liked it too. It was great times.

She was talking shit to someone, I phished her password and changed the MySpace avatar to mine.

Turns out her BF's dad is a cop. I knew because he fucking called me. Next thing I know I'm flushing my shit down the toilet before the cops come and take me for "threats".

There were no threats, so they changed it to "harassment by interrupting services".

Also she wasn't a girlfriend, just a classmate.

Those opinions are inaccurate. The 7th Circuit case against the judge says the woman was a "co-worker" (how they got that, who fucking knows).

I won so I didn't motion to correct it.

But after that, i don't 100% believe shit I read from a court.

My second CM they dismissed the charges, it was appealed and reversed. That's apparently in the document (I have like 6-8 different cases)

By that time years had passed. The new JAG officers didn't want shit to do with that, so they recalled me in 2007.

I plead guilty to "conduct determental to good order and discipline", time served. A free ticket to Florida and I got paid again $800. It doesn't even go on my civilian record.

Florida was awesome, white sand beaches. It gets a bad wrap. I was usually deployed, and was in school 24/7 when I got back. So I did not get to enjoy it much.

The Judge made a false complaint that I called him, in order to have me fired and narc me out. I represented myself, sued him for defamation and a shit ton else. And won an appeal against his lawyer (the Attorney General of the State of Illinois).



That wasn't me then, I fucked with him like 2012-13 something like that. I never did anything else after.

Crook County hasn't changed. Good times.
