Remade them. Used more molasses and less brown sugar. More spices and less butter. They were a bit less luscious this time and basically excellent ginger snaps. I also used orange extract in the frosting and it was very festive and delicious.

Did you ever end up finishing them?my first attempt at pickled eggs using the good old "stick eggs into storebought vinegar" method
couldnt really try it with my own pickles because we use lactic fermentation and not vinegar and i cant imagine lactic fermented eggs

kinda prefer this recipe over the last one i posted in here. this one uses celery instead of leek (prefer leek), but this one is a thicker n richer chowder (mix of heavy whipping cream n flour instead of whole milk)
by their powers combined i can make the perfect chowder recipe
