You guys know where I started at. At my worst, I was 260lbs, not flexible, sat in a computer chair all day. My brain was making me go into deeper and deeper holes to try to find some satisfaction or something and try not to kill myself or think about killing others because "FUCK MY LIFE SUCKS!"
Let's hope your journey doesn't cost you 10 years of your life and most of your sanity!
Take the 8 ball, the 9 ball and the cue ball and send them flying around the table. Then, you have to hit the cue ball on the move and sink the 9 ball. If the cue ball stops, keep sending it around the table with your hand to keep it moving. Then, sink the 8 ball without scratching.
Yes, I crab-walked left and right past my neighbors cameras for them. And I walked backwards at speed. All barefoot. And my feet don't even hurt. Asphalt and pavement the entire way.
Edit - oh yes, I forgot that I linked arms left and right and walked to start it off.
1) Unassisted right arm low linked behind the back with left arm high
2) Unrivaled balance on my right foot while I waggle my left leg around (I can already do the other way around)
We are going to give this a couple of weeks before we start trying this. I've gotten a bit buckle-y in the knees since doing that. I don't think I had the wrong idea. I just want to make sure that I don't hurt anyone else trying this. But I still believe it is a good thing.
I will label the whole spine/neck/back/lower back/extreme lower back workout an extreme success!
This last time I did it was very relaxing the entire time and I had no problem getting up.
Only things I will add.
1) I moisturize my hands and put Vaseline on them and put them into the gloves I use for plumbing to keep solder and stuff off of my hands before I do the workout.
2) After I am done with the board, I slip it out and lie flat on my back and do the shake it off routine 4 step process without the board one more time.
3) During the rack/spine decompression phase, I do a two step process. I go half way and allow myself to relax my lower back onto the board. Then, I go to full extension and start to try to maneuver around with my legs on the board and try to flatten my back as much as possible.
I was able to get up without any struggle this time and without any pain anywhere.
Now, I just have to consolidate this into a manual for other people to use.

I told you I was going to make my toes be fingers and shit. How do? Well, what you are seeing is me interlocking my left foot with my right hand and me interlocking my right foot with my left hand to get the toes to be fingers.
While I'm doing this, I am solving puzzles and playing word games with my free hand.
So, because of the weather and it's overall shittiness, I have some aches and pains from the last few weeks of overhauling my body. I kinda expected this.
The main issues are two:
1) Left side lower back along the hip line (more back exercises are in order to straighten this out)
2) Left knee creakiness (let's give the constant walking and dancing a rest for a little bit)

Ok, so I'm going to make a new thread soon called "The Routine!"
In this thread, I'm going to show you exactly what I'm doing to make myself young again wholistically.
Today, I had a hard day work. We kicked ass and put in a replacement water heater for a faulty motherfuckingucker in 2 hours. Best friend did all the talent work. I'm genius helper monkey.
We got done in less than 2 hours. Done and done. Then, I cleaned up and organized his truck (I mean autistically organized to a tee), planned about the next month's days plans, got dinner, cleaned all the windows on my car that were dirty, made a new "to get" list, and then started the even day routine.
What is the "Even Day Routine"?
Well, this is where that next thread will come into play. Just know that it has something to do with the thing I just replied to and that I will go in depth on "how to stay young and flexible and not have any pain".
Obviously this means there will be an "Odd Day Routine" and "A Day of Rest"
